Install with one script tag

Each site gets its own script tag, carrying a site key that identifies your workspace. Paste it before the closing body tag of your site and the widget loads on every page, asynchronously, so it never blocks the rest of the page from rendering.

Only on the domains you choose

Every site is tied to a list of allowed domains. The widget checks the page it is running on against that list, so copying your script tag onto a domain you have not approved does not quietly turn on a second, unmonitored chat channel.

Color, position and launcher text

Choose the widget color, place the launcher where it suits your layout, and set the text visitors see before they click. These are configured in the dashboard, so changing them does not mean touching the script tag again.

Built to stay small

The visitor widget is a small, dependency-light bundle, so adding live chat does not mean adding a heavy script to every page on your site. A lighter widget loads sooner, which matters most on a slow connection or an older phone, exactly where a visitor is most likely to give up waiting.
