Not currently. We've built the 14-day free trial to answer that instead. You can add your own site and see the real product in about five minutes, no meeting required.
Is support included in the $10/month plan?
Yes, email support is included for every workspace at no extra cost, there's no separate support tier to upgrade into.
I'm migrating from another live chat tool, can you help?
We can point you to the right settings (widget install, canned responses, team setup) by email. There's no automated import tool for chat history today.
How do I report a bug or request a feature?
