A software studio that runs its own product.
LiveChatDock isn't a venture-funded startup with a growth team. It's built and supported by DataConflux, a software development and technical consultation studio. We design, build, and ship custom software for clients, and LiveChatDock is one of a handful of products we run ourselves.
Why we built it
Most of our client work involves building the same kind of thing over and over: a checkout flow, an internal tool, a piece of infrastructure that has to actually hold up in production, not just demo well. Live chat kept coming up as a genuinely simple problem sold with needlessly complicated pricing, per-agent tiers, features locked behind upgrade walls, add-ons for things that should be basic. We built the version we'd want to run ourselves: one price, everything included, and nothing you have to grow into.

LiveChatDock was founded by DataConfluxLab, the engineering lab behind DataConflux. See their site for the client work and other products the same team builds and runs.
How we work
Senior engineers, not a bench.
The same people who build client projects at DataConflux build and support LiveChatDock. There's no separate support tier you get routed to and no junior team layered between you and the people who actually wrote the code. When you email us, you're talking to someone who can read the stack trace.
